You can register by filling out the registration form. Once you successfully submit your registration you will receive a confirmation email. A clinician at your Haemophilia centre will receive the registration request and approve your registration. Once your request is approved you will receive a confirmation email containing details on how to log on to Haemtrack.
My centre is not in the list of registered centres?
When submitting your registration you are required to specify the Haemophilia centre you are registered at. If this centre is not in the list of centres, please contact your centre and ask them to register with Haemtrack.
Why can I not see my Product in the Haemtrack App?
The Haemtrack app comes pre-loaded with Haemophilia products available in the UK. As new products are released, the list on your app will become out of date.
There are 2 ways to keep your list of products up to date :
• Scanning the code on the box on the product you use in recording your daily treatment.
• Synchronising your product list.
